Description

We are currently looking to support our client in the Oil and Gas industry with a vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment Manager for a 2 to 3 month contract. The rate of pay will be an equivalence to an annual salary of  £39,000.

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Eastern Hemisphere team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to attract, assess, and acquire top-tier talent that aligns with the client's strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process, focusing on speed, quality, and experience of hiring managers and candidates. The role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive impression of the organization and a smooth recruitment experience.


Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a high level of quality in hiring decisions. Evaluate candidates not only for technical skills but also for cultural fit and long-term potential within the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights for informed decision-making. Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Leverage recruitment technology and tools to enhance efficiency and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to speed, quality, and satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting, demonstrating the ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on delivering results without compromising quality.
