Project Engineer

Our client is a global manufacturer with a facility on the Wirral and Cheshire. Due to current workload, they have an immediate need for a Project Engineer to join their team and work for the current PM. They are looking for someone with experience of working on several projects at a time which could be as diverse as office refurbishment to HVAC renewal.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Minimum of HNC in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar project engineering support role.
  • HVAC systems and supporting services
  • HV and LV systems and UPS and generator backup systems.
  • Building Management Systems and controls
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical or similar environment.
  • Awareness of regulatory controls within the Pharmaceutical or similar environment
  • Ability to operate Auto-Cad software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of operating basic software packages such as MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety at work requirements including CDM roles and responsibilities, risk assessments and method statements. Health and Safety qualification would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work for hands on with the team to deliver projects.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
