About the Role:
DATS Recruitment is looking for a Fulfilment Associate on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer specialising in high-quality digital card production. This role is based in St Helens and offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team ensuring efficient order processing and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment – Matching and attaching plastic cards to personalised letterheads, inserting them into envelopes, attaching split rings, securing gift cards to backers, and handling other fulfilment tasks.
- Inventory so Management – Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Quality Control – Inspecting cards and printed materials for defects or damages before dispatch to maintain high standards.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Ensuring accuracy according to job specifications to meet customer expectations and deliver goods on time.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Person Specification:
- Experience – Previous experience in a fulfilment, warehouse, or manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to process orders accurately and maintain inventory records.
- Team Player – Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to meet targets efficiently.
- Flexibility – Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
